Scaling Organic Growth for a SaaS AI Platform
Scaling organic growth for a SaaS AI platform from a near-zero base: topical authority build, product-led content and technical SEO.
SaaS AI platform · run personally by Hasnain Jameel

The situation
What was actually going wrong
The platform was publishing content steadily with very little to show for it. Articles targeted terms the product could not credibly rank for, there was no cluster structure linking related pages, and the fastest-growing queries in the category were not being covered at all.
The work
What I changed
Keyword architecture built before more content
Search demand was mapped into clusters with a clear pillar page and supporting articles, so the site could accumulate topical authority rather than publishing disconnected posts.
Content aligned to product reality
Terms the product genuinely served were prioritised over high-volume terms it did not, which improved both rankings and the quality of the traffic that arrived.
Technical debt cleared
Indexation, template speed and internal link distribution were fixed so authority actually flowed to the pages meant to rank.
Optimised for AI answers as well as blue links
Content was structured with clear definitions, direct answers and entity clarity, because in this category a growing share of discovery happens through AI answer engines.
The outcome
What it produced
Publishing volume without architecture produces a large site with no authority. Clusters are what turn content into rankings.

Questions about this work
Search engines evaluate topical authority, not just individual pages. A pillar page supported by linked depth outperforms scattered articles covering the same ground.
Only when the product genuinely serves the intent. Ranking for terms your product does not fit produces traffic that never converts and weakens topical relevance.
Clear structure, direct answers to specific questions, consistent entity information and citable factual depth. The work overlaps heavily with good traditional SEO.
Measurement & limitations
Results are as reported by the ad platforms, analytics or the client at the time and have not been independently audited. They are attributed results, not controlled incrementality tests, unless stated otherwise. Outcomes depend on the business, market and budget, and past results do not guarantee future performance.
